We went to the Layton Lights tonight and it was so much fun!! We usually go down to Temple Square and eat at P.F Chang's but this year we wanted to keep it casual and a little more kid friendly so my mom whipped up her famous Shepherd's Pie and bought Olive Garden salad for everyone. It was SO nice to eat at home and not have a long drive/parking to worry about. Cairi loved all the different animals and being able to stomp in the snow with her snow boots. I think Gabe kinda didn't like being a marshmallow man and having to sit in his stroller but he did really well still! (Thanks to daddy for keeping the stroller moving.)

Oh man! I haven't been to the Layton lights in years! Do they still do the hay rides? I should take my kids there one of these years! Have you ever done the lights at Willard Bay? It's nice for the little ones because you basically just drive around in your car. You can go around the display as many times as you want too. You do have to pay but it's not very much. We go every year and my kids love it! Anyways, cute pictures! Looks like you had a lot of fun!
