So there's not much to update on but I thought I'd post some pictures from what we've been up to.
Gabe had his 2 month appt. and is 14 lbs. 2 oz. and 23 1/2 inches tall. He's almost exactly where Cairi was at at her 2 month check up. He's growing like a weed and we can't get him to stop smiling. He's a happy little guy for sure!

She decided to nap in bed after this.
This isn't a picture of the actual event but yesterday I had my first "floater" experience. Cairi was taking a bath in grandma's big garden tub, having a blast and not needing me for entertainment so I walked away for literally no more than a minute. When I came back I could see that Cairi was trying to shake something off of her foot. Upon closer inspection of the bathtub I found 3 large poopies floating around and poop stuck to her bum. How did she poop so fast? It was quite the moment. There was lots of screaming and "oh, gross" was probably all I could say for like 10 minutes while I cleaned it all up.
Thankfully, Ollie, who was in the tub with her only minutes before had gotten out just in time to avoid the whole situation. It was gross, but I felt as though it was a rite of passage into parenthood lol.
So I guess there was more to update than I thought. :D

Chris and I had a chance to go to the free Dashboard Confessional concert. It was awesome, and sooo much fun!! I haven't been to a concert in over 3 years and Dashboard is my favorite band. Favorite. Thanks to Brit for inviting us and thanks to Brian for letting us drag him along. (Oh yes, and thanks to Grandma Kelly for watching both the kids.)
The kids were zonked out on grandma's bed by the time we got home.
It seems like Cairi is discovering something new everyday, or cracking me up in a new way so I want to share some funny pictures of her.
Playing in a box of plastic balls. Our very own homemade Mcdonald's play place lol.
Trying to fit into her Bumbo.
Cairi LOVES being outside. One day we opened the sliding door a little to let her experience some nice fresh air. This is her trying to sneak out the door and laughing when we tell her "no, no".
Cairi giving me a dirty look while I try to spy on her as she plays daddy's NintendoDS.
Finding new places to take a nap. The stairwell...
and the staircase...

Your kids are SUPER cute!!! What a funny tub story! I have to admit I'm not looking forward to that part of parenthood haha!
Ha ha I have to laugh because my sister has said the same thing about her little girl. In fact one time she cleaned it all up ran new bath water and the baby pooped again...gotta love children :) Your little ones are darling!!
Love the picture of Gabe smiling! Every time we see him he's always asleep. Maybe one of these times we'll get to see him awake and possibly smile! :)
