Christmas Lights
This past Wednesday we went to P.F. Changs and saw the Temple lights with mi familia. It was so much fun and extra special because it was our first big family outing with Gabe. Not to mention we're getting over strep and other infections so Wednesday was kind of the first day we'd all been feeling good and it was so nice to get out for some family time. Last year we went to see the lights and ended up coming back to Layton because it was such a blizzard and we couldn't find any parking. This year everything went off without a hitch. We were much warmer, it was way less crowded at the restaurant (no one hour wait), and we actually found parking!

One Month Old
If you thought time flew by with one kid try having two! I feel like my life is on fast forward and just at a time when I would like it to all happen in slow motion. This past month has been one of the happiest times of my life. Gabriel is growing up SO FAST. I swear Cairi didn't even grow up this fast, or was it that I just had that much more time to savor it when it was just her and me? Well, whatever it was I can't believe my little Gabe is already a month old. He has grown leaps and bounds already! At his two week check up he already weighed 10 and a half lbs. and had grown a whole two inches bringing him to 22 inches. He can hold up his head like a champ and is cooing SO MUCH! I still haven't got him sleeping through the night, but he is such a great baby! Having him and Cairi have brought me and Chris so much closer, if that's possible, and I can just never say enough what a blessing it is to be a mommy. I told Chris we'd wait two years for our next baby but it's very tempting, lol!

Ok.... I am so feeling you on the second child flying by. I was amazed at how fast it went!! So sad.
I agree time flies especially with 2! They grow extremely quick! I love the last picture of Cai zonked out on the chair!
