Baby Weight
Soooo, I'm going to do what I have seen a few other mommy's do and blog about my progress with losing the dreaded "baby weight". With my first pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. -no joke, and learned my lesson there. I didn't really have a chance to lose it all before I got pregnant again so I'm really excited to get in shape after feeling "big" for pretty much two years. Don't get me wrong, I love the prego look, but I forget what it's like to just be average size, lol. After Cai I was able to lose about 40 lbs. over the span of a few months. With Gabe I gained that 40 lbs back (but thank heaven it wasn't 60) and have already lost about 30 of it. However, to get back to my original weight before I ever got pregnant with Cairi, I need to lose about 25 more lbs. I'm really excited because I've already lost a good deal in just over a month but I know its those last 20 that always take the longest. I'm eating A LOT better than I ever have and exercising. I just started the exercising part since I had a C-section and wanted to be careful. My goal is to be confident in my swimsuit come this summer season so hopefully blogging about my progress will keep me on track. Having two kids has definitely kept me on my toes so I hope this time around I'll be able to lose the weight even faster. So far it's been successful! If anybody has any awesome tips let me know!

Thats awesome that you have lost that much in a month! I think as long as you eat healthy, watch your portions, and of course exercise i think you will make it! Obviously its easier said than done :( I can't believe gabe is a month old and i still haven't seen him!
So, can you come workout at the gym with me and Wend - I know your contract was for like 3 years, so you should have some time left right?
Way to go Morg! You are already doing GREAT to have lost that much in such little time. Good luck! :)
You look amazing for having two kids! I wish I could lose the weight like that :(... I don't have any helpful tips as I can't seem to lose weight when I'm not pregnant (not from the lack of trying either). I would say keep doing what you are doing if you are losing it and eventually you will lose it. They say it takes time so don't get discouraged if it's not gone right away!
Wow! That a lot of weight to loose... im sorry i don't got any tips for you.. i hardley gained with either of my girls.. the first i only gained about 12 lbs and the 2nd only about 15 lbs which i walked out of the hospital in the same jeans i wore in high school... sorry i know you hate it... i get it all the time.. but i do know that just exercise and eating healthy...meaning vegetable and water type healthy you can really lose a lot... my SIL did a lot of Yoga and swimming and lost a ton of baby weight.. maybe try some of those types of excersizes.. and aerobic types...:) Good Luck! :)
